Chad Lee (politician)

Chad Lee is a Republican candidate in the 2010 congressional elections for Wisconsin’s 2nd Congressional District. He is seeking to win his party’s nomination (in the primary election on September 14, 2010), and then, to challenge incumbent Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.) in the general election (held on November 2, 2010).

Bio

Chad Lee grew up in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin with his father and mother (Robert and Debi), three brothers and two sisters.

According to his official campaign website:

“In his teens, Chad was active in the community, helping at his local church, while assisting in the youth group and leading the music team. He also held jobs working at the local grocery store and aquatic center. After his eighteenth birthday he began working with the mentally disabled in his community, which he enjoys doing to this day. During high school Chad held standing on The National Honor Society, competed on the varsity football and basketball teams and competed in the State Finals in track.”

He is a graduate of Mount Horeb High School.

Chad attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison after high school and then transferred to Olivet Nazarene University in Illinois where he finished off his four-year degree in Business Administration, graduating cum laude. While in college, Chad did some acting, modeling and voice-overs. He was also a member of a rock band for several years.

He has been successful in acquiring real estate, purchasing his first property when he was twenty. He earned a position in sales and marketing after college, and, along with his brother, incorporated and started a cleaning business (Better Butler Cleaning Firm). He also has his insurance license.

Chad and his wife, Jennifer, currently reside in Mount Horeb.
