Carmen's has been the host of numerous celebrity galas featuring U.S. Presidents George Bush Sr. and Bill Clinton, Vice Presidential Candidate Sarah Palin, British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres, as well as, Academy Award Winners Sophia Loren and Michael Douglas.
A Charity Fundraiser with actor Al Pacino is scheduled for November 22, 2010.
Dinner Theatre
Carmen's Dinner Theatre program that has showcased MusicAL and entertainment acts such as Mickey Rooney, Phyllis Diller, The Platters, The Drifters, Jerry Vale, Donald O’Connor, The Mamas & the Papas, BJ Thomas, Peter Noone, the Glenn Miller Orchestra, the Artie Shaw Orchestra, The Spitfire Band, Alfie Zappacosta, Michael Burgess and Al Martino.

Carmen's operates a specialty retail store that offers costumers gourmet lasagna and other Italian delicacies.
Hotel
In the coming weeks Carmen's will be start the building of a new boutique hotel. The hotel should be completed in the early months of 2011.
