Boost Buddy

Boost Buddy is an Irish supplier of personalised vitamins and minerals (multivitamins) specially targeted to Generation Y. Established in 2013 by Des Swan and John Munnelly, the company is based in Newbridge, Ireland.

Health Claims

The health claims made for Boost Buddy dietary supplements comply with the new EU Regulation 432/2012 which became effective on December 14, 2012. From the permitted health claims register Boost Buddy identified nutrients with the same or similar health claims approved by EFSA and combined them into 12 different formulae ('vitamin boosts').

RDAs

Boost Buddy multivitamins comply with the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) guidelines so that, no matter what combination of four they choose, customers do not exceed the RDA of any vitamin or mineral.

Packaging

A key element of Boost Buddy's offer is their packaging solution, a fully recyclable pack which Boost Buddy has developed with carton packaging company Chesapeake (Leicester and Nottingham). Boost Buddy pack acts as both a primary pack and transit case for the Boost Buddy range of multivitamins.
