Boško Radišić (RNA)
Boško Radišić (1980-2009) was the protagonist of the Serbian thrash metal scene, mostly konown as the front man and vocalist in the Serbian thrash metal band Space Eater. In addition, he was journalist and lyrics writer. At first, Boško played in the band called After Life, afterwards he and Stanislav Šašanski formed Space Eater in late 2003, which was influenced by traditional German thrash metal. With Space Eater, Boško released demos: “Live at Studio 6 “ (2005) and “Bombs Away!“ (2006), and full length album “Merciful Angel“ in August 2007. He did not only vocals but he also wrote some lyrics for the band. He performed with Space Eater on many manifestations of great importance such as „Zaječarska Gitarijada“ in 2005, and „Exit festival“ in Novi Sad, 2007 and was supposed to play with German thrash metal band Destruction in May and Sodom in September in Belgrade, 2009. Boško Radišić also worked as a journalist for “Rock Express” magazine and was an editor of “The Vault” zine, trough which he was actively promoting the Serbian Metal scene worldwide. On 2 of June in 2009, Boško and his sister Marija tragically died in conflagration, accidentally caused by their neighbor.
Boško Radišić will be remembered as a relentless fighter for the Serbian metal scene, a very talented and charismatic artist and a great expert in metal music.
