Bickley-Warren Productions
Bickley-Warren Productions was a production company established in 1991. It first started to produce Family Matters and Step by Step. It was originally aimed at Lorimar Television until 1993 when Warner Bros. Television took over Lorimar. By 1997 Bickley-Warren ceased to exist when Michael Warren joined Miller-Boyett Productions rebranding it Miller-Boyett-Warren Productions. In 1999 Miller-Boyett-Warren Productions shut down after Meego and Two of a Kind went off the air. The logo fetures a "static" background(as seen at the end of every episode of Step by Step--Seasons 6&7, and Family Matters--Seasons 7,8,&9).
History
Before Bickley-Warren was ever established, founders/producers Bill Bickley and Michael Warren (who later joined Miller-Boyett) were the supervising producers of Perfect Strangers. Two years after they created the show's spin-off, Family Matters, they formed a company that would be known as Bickley-Warren Productions after they became the show's executive producers. The company only lasted for seven years thanks to Warren ending his partnership with Bickley and joining the M/B team (renaming it Miller-Boyett-Warren Productions). Bickley and Warren, since the company's foundation, became the associates to producers Tom Miller and Bob Boyett.
The "Static" Logo
On a static background, the name of Bickley-Warren (in white font, but outlined in purple) fades in. Family Matters and Step by Step used this logo on their later seasons.
