BHD Group, operating under the legal name Bin Haider Darwish L.L.C., is an Omani printing and technology group founded in 2018 in Muscat by Ali Adnan Haider Darwish. The group started as a neighbourhood print shop on Bousher Street and has grown into fifteen operating companies across printing, software and digital services, with an AI customer service agent called Anna running in production since 2025 alongside its human team. The group is a Riyada-registered Omani SME and operates a quality system documented to ISO 9001:2015, under commercial registration 1334733.
