American Creativity Academy

The American Creativity Academy is a private school located in Kuwait. The school was founded in 1997 as an elementary school, and has grown since then to include a middle school, high school, kindergarten, and pre-k.

Billed as having "an American curriculum that respects Islamic values and traditions" ACA is divided into two campuses, one for girls and one for boys. Both campuses, though separate, are located in the Hawalli governate.

The high school operates under a brick system since the 2007/2008 school year, which means that there are 4 periods each day, each is one-and-a-half hours long.

The previous schedule for the high school and the current for middle school is 7 periods each day, starting at 7:15 and ending at 2:15, with a 15 minute break and a 30 minute lunch/recess. Each period is 55 minutes long. With 5 minute interval between each class.
