Air to Ground Operations Badge

The Air to Ground Operations Badge also known as the "AGOS Insignia" is awarded by the Commander of the Army Special Operations Command, the Commander of the 710th Special Operations Wing, and the Commander of the Special Action Force to Commissioned Officers, Enlisted Personnel, and Cadets of the Armed Forces of the Philippines or Philippine National Police for successful completion of the Air to Ground Operations Seminar further qualifying them as combat air controllers or air assault operations. Oftentimes, operators who qualify for this badge also qualify to be called Heliborne.

Description

The Badge is a UH-1H Huey superimposed over a pair of wings with eagle talons resting at the skates of the helicopter holding a lightning bolt and a torch.
