Aeras Aviation

Aeras Aviation is a UAE-based aviation aftermarket company headquartered in Dubai. Founded in October 2017 by Demetrios Bradshaw, IT Works with airlines, lessors, and MRO providers on engine acquisitions, teardowns, and used serviceable material (USM) supply.

Operations

The company focuses on engine lifecycle management across several commercial platforms, including the CFM56, IAE V2500, GE CF6, and PRATT & Whitney PW4000. Its teardown work has centered on the CFM56-5B and -7B, with more recent activity on the CFM56-5C, which powers the Airbus A340, and the V2500. The company has also identified demand for material from engines that are nearing cycle limits, which has made teardown and used-parts recovery a core part of its business model. The company holds ASA-100 accreditation and is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Aeras operates facilities in the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States, with around 50 employees across those locations. In 2025, the company doubled its South Florida warehouse to 50,000 square feet as part of a push into the U.S. market. Its U.S. operations target narrowbody and widebody engine platforms, on-wing field services, and material sourcing.

The company evolved from a traditional parts trader into a full-lifecycle partner for aviation customers after the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Thanks to that, they started serving operators such as Lufthansa, DHL, Air France, and Delta Air Lines. Its business has focused on extending engine life rather than replacing engines with new units.

Leadership

Demetrios Bradshaw founded the company and serves as its CEO. In March 2026, he was appointed Special Advisor on Aviation to the President of Botswana, Duma Boko, and joined the Board of Directors of Air Botswana.
