Adam Stotsky

Adam Stotsky is an American media executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of VICE Media. Appointed in June 2025, Stotsky is a veteran of the entertainment industry with over 30 years of experience, including senior leadership roles at NBCUniversal, Dick Clark Productions, and Religion of Sports.  

NBCUniversal (2001–2018)

Stotsky spent nearly two decades at NBCUniversal, where he held several high-profile leadership positions:

  • President, E! Entertainment and Esquire Network: Stotsky concurrently led both networks. He was the founding General Manager of Esquire Network, a joint venture between NBCU and Hearst, where he oversaw the brand's 2013 launch and content strategy focused on a modern male demographic.
  • Chief Marketing Officer, NBC Entertainment: He was responsible for the marketing and brand identity of NBC's primetime, late-night, and daytime programming during a period of significant digital transition.

Religion of Sports and Dick Clark Productions

Following his tenure at NBCU, Stotsky served as the President of Religion of Sports, a media firm co-founded by Tom Brady, Michael Strahan, and Gotham Chopra. During his leadership, he spearheaded the operational strategy that led to a $50 million Series B funding round in 2022.

He later became the President of Dick Clark Productions (dcp), the world's largest producer of televised live events. He oversaw the creative and commercial transformation of the company, including its sale to Penske Media Corporation (PMC) and Eldridge Industries in 2023.

VICE Media (2025-Present)

On June 16, 2025, Stotsky was named CEO of VICE Media, succeeding Bruce Dixon. Based in Los Angeles, he reports to Executive Chairman Michael Lang. His mandate involves overseeing the business and operational strategy for VICE's consolidated portfolio, which includes:

  • VICE Studios: The production arm recently expanded through the acquisition of Cuba Pictures.
  • VICE Sports & VICE TV: A global sports content leader and cable network.
  • VICE Commercials: A new entity formed by the merger of Pulse Films and London Alley Entertainment.
  • Virtue: VICE's internal creative advertising agency.
