Abd-ul-Rafay Khan

Abdul Rafay Khan (), also known as Rafay Khan, is a Pakistani singer and reality program competitor. He is known for reality TV shows, including Pakistan Idol in which he is currently among the top 7 contestants. Rafay has received training as a classical singer and currently he is a third year student of music at NAPA in Karachi. Rafay's music has many influencers, including Baray Ghulam Ali Khan and Sajjad Ali.

Personal life

Rafay is born to a Muslim family in Pakistan. After his 10th grade, he took admission in NAPA where he is continuously getting training in classical singing. He won first prize in Singing Competition at Youth Festival Sindh organized by Youth Affairs Department Government of Sindh. He has already done many concerts on regional level.

Pakistan Idol

Rafay auditioned for Pakistan Idol on its final day, despite of his age factor he received yes from all the judges and got Golden Ticket to Karachi. Rafay is the youngest male contestant among all the other. Since judges expect a lot from him, they applause along with positively criticizing. Rafay is eliminated on March 30, 2014 after receiving less votes than Zamad Baig.
