Abadeen Group is an Australian private property development and investment firm, is headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales. The company, often simply referred to as Abadeen, focuses on developing projects across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland, including residential, mixed-use, and residential properties. It was founded by Justin Brown, who serves as executive chairman and founder.
History
Justin Brown founded Abadeen after working in senior roles at CBRE Residential Projects. The company initially Delivered boutique residential developments in Sydney’s Lower North Shore before expanding its activities into Victoria and Queensland.
In 2025, Abadeen expanded its operations into Victoria with a build-to-rent and owner-occupier project pipeline. The company has engaged in joint ventures, including a collaboration with Phoenix targeting residential developments in Sydney.
