2013 AIHL Elite playoffs
The 2013 AIHL Elite playoffs of the American Inline Hockey League (AIHL) Elite Division began on April 6, 2013, after the conclusion of the 2012–13 regular season. The 2013 Elite National Finals started on May 17 and ended on May 19, with the Delco Demons defeating the Las Vegas Aces in the Elite Finals to win their first Champions Cup.
Playoff seeds
After the regular season, 16 teams qualified for the playoffs. The Delco Demons were the Eastern Conference regular season champions, also Best Overall Record winners with 47 points. The Oakland Goodlife were the Western Conference regular season champions, finishing the season with 42 points.

*Hartford finished with the same number of points as the New York Terror, but garnered more wins (the Fireants with 11, the Terror with 10) to earn the 4th spot.

- Verbero East Bay Jawz – 30 points
- Silicon Valley Quakes – 15 points (4–1 head-to-head)
- Ripon Savage – 15 points (1–4 head-to-head)
Pacific South Division
- Las Vegas Aces – Pacific South Division – 39 points
- OC Revision Vanquish – 36 points
- Corona Reebok Ducks – 32 points
- Phoenix Dragons – 23 points
