The 2009–10 NCRHA Division II season began on September 26, 2009 and ended with the College Roller Hockey National Championship Tournament's championship game on April 11, 2010 at the Silver Creek Sportsplex in San Jose, California.

Seven member organizations each end their regular seasons with at tournament. The teams in each conference that win their regular season title are given the number one seed in each tournament. The winners of these tournaments receive automatic invitations to the 2010 NCRHA Division II Collegiate Roller Hockey National Championships.
