Dinámicos came into fruition in September 1986. It is a combination of the ALLARD FAMILY, relatives and close friends. The group is not bogged down by regulations because it has persisted in maintaining the family atmosphere that has been its principal cohesive force, since its formation. This sense of family-life and togetherness constitutes the indisputable core of resilience, that has helped Dinámicos to rise above its problems and to achieve its many successes. Its repertoire of music is largely original and composed by Francisca and Philip Allard.
Dinámicos was successful in its very first year of operation, placing first in the National Parang Association of Trinidad & Tobago Annual Competition. Its composers Francisca and Philip Allardcontinue to achieve acclaim as the most prolific parang songwriters in Trinidad & Tobago having won the Copyright Organisation of Trinidad & Tobago's - Parang Composition Of The Year - for the past three years.
