The B-3 Long Rang Strike Platform is a planned bomber aircraft of the US Air Force.
As the current US bomber fleet is scheduled to retire around the 2050-ies, a need for new bomber aircraft have arisen. Especially to replace the aging B-52s, whose original design will be near 100 years old(!) by the time of their scheduled retirement date of 2045. The B-1s and B-2s are expected to be around until at least the year 2037. This differs from the 2018 Bomber because it is supposed to go supersonic, of hypersonic whereas it is suppoded to be subsonic.
Plans
In the late 90's, the Air Force talked about a new bomber which would be operable by 2020. Several ideas were produced out of this. One such bomber was the FB-22. The problem is that its projected range is around 1,600 miles. This makes it's selection highly impractible because the Air Force is planning for something with a lot more range. Other ideas included a plan for a hypersonic bomber, as well as one that could fly into space. Yet this could prove impractible because the militarization of space has been tried in the past and there has been outcry over this. The plane is also supposed to be stealthy based on the fact that planes that could be escorting it would be invisible on radar but fact that theres a bomber force coming on radar would raise a few eyebrows.
Controversy
Critics have argued that a supersonic bomber would fail only because the have in the past. True, the B-58, XB-70, and F-111 are not flying anymore. They also had high operating costs and this is always prohibitive of something that flys faster than the speed of sound. The Concorde is something that was successful but had high operating costs.
MORE TO COME ON THIS AND THE SECTION BEFORE! Just so you know.

Savanti Romero is a sorcerer and Satyr-like demon and is also a recurring adversary of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Mirage Comics
A former apprentice of the master of time, Lord Simultaneous, Savanti was a greedy and arrogant individual who believed he should be master of time. After a failed attempt at usurping Simultaneous, Savanti was changed into a demon-like being and banished back in time.
After an encounter with the apprentice Timestress Renet, the Turtles find themselves transported to 1406 A.D. when they end up crashing into the camp of Cerebus the Aardvark. Savanti, who had been banished to this time, upon seeing the Time Portal torn opened by the arrival of the Turtles and Renet, sent his army out to attack Cerebus' camp, knowing that if there is a Time Portal, the Time Scepter must be nearby.
Savanti's attack on Cerebus' camp is a success. After defeating the Turtles, Renet, Cerebus and his troops, Savanti and his own men return to Savanti's fortress.
The next day Savanti finds his castle under attack by an army of mercenaries hired by Cerebus to take down Savanti. Easily dispatching the army of hitmen with an army of the undead, Savanti realises too late that the entire attack was a set-up; while Cerebus's men attacked, the Turtles, Renet and Cerebus himself managed to sneak into Savanti's throne room. Before the group could attack though, Savanti manages to bind them with magic. Contemplating how to kill the group, Savanti found his thoughts interrupted by the appearance of Lord Simultaneous, who easily banishes Savanti to the Cretaceous Era with his "Digital Cosmic Quartz", a time-warping wrist watch. With Savanti banished, Simultaneous managed to send the Turtles back to they're own time.
Months later, while , Raphael and Donatello are attending the dinosaur fossil exhibit at a museum the bones of a nearby Tyrannosaurus Rex begin to float and swirl around and form together to create the image of Savanti Romero. Taunting the group, Savanti reveals that he is communicating with the gang through his magic. After revealing this, Savanti offers a challenge to the Turtles, meet him in the "Ring of Fire" in the Cretaceous Era and face him in combat.
Through the aid of Renet, the Turtles manage to travel back in time to face Savanti; upon exiting a Time Portal into the Cretaceous Era The group of the Turtles and Renet are attacked by a Tyrannosaurous Rex riding Savanti Romero.
After managing to kill Savanti's "steed" with a Triceratops, the Turtles can only watch as Savanti escapes they're grasp by riding away on a Pterodactyl, which has Renet in its clutches.
Managing to track Savanti to a large structure made of bone, the Turtles learn the mad demons plan; Savanti plans on altering history by channeling cosmic energy through his bone structure he will cause all the volcanoes in the Ring of Fire to erupt, slowing the Earth's rotation around the sun just enough for it to be missed by the meteorite which wiped out the dinosaurs.
Engaging a bone armored Savanti in battle, the Turtles manage to defeat the insane sorcerer by tricking him into stepping into the center of his structure right when a cosmic energy bolt strikes. The fried Savanti ends-up plummeting into the river below.
Unfortunately for the Turtles and Renet, Savanti survived this encounter. After crashing into the murky depths of the river, Savanti, using what was left of his strength, manages to put himself in suspended animation. Exiting his suspended animation in Feudal Japan, Savanti set about trying to alter history, knowing that his alterations would attract Renet and the Turtles.
Travelling back in time the Turtles, along with Renet, manage find and engage in battle with Savanti and the demon's dinosaur servant, Chote. Eventually Savanti is, once again, defeated when Renet manages to banish him back to the time of dinosaurs.
In Tales of the TMNT number thirty-two Savanti battles the Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa while attempting to obtain control of a mystical cosmic eye.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2003-Present Cartoon
Savanti has also appeared in in adaptations of his first two comic book appearances. He was last seen struck by a bolt of lightning and seemingly drowning; however, given his history in the comic books, it is unknown whether that is truly his final fate.
Savanti Romero is voiced by David Zen Mansley. He has so far appeared in the following episodes:
1. Time Travails
2. Return of Savanti, parts 1 and 2

In the fictional Star Trek universe, the General Orders of Star Fleet are a list of very important standing orders that members of Starfleet must ensure are followed throughout all operations. This is an example of the persistence of medieval and contemporary notions in a supposedly advanced future culture. Several notable orders are as follows:
*Omega Directive - It is not clear which General Order this is. It is likely General Order #0, as it supersedes General Order #1. It is normally only revealed to command officers. The Omega Directive requires doing whatever is necessary to ensure the complete destruction of omega particles. The existence of the Directive was revealed in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "The Omega Directive".
*General Order #1 - Commonly referred to as The Prime Directive, General Order #1 prohibits interference by Starfleet with other cultures, particularly those of an inferior technological level.
*General Order #4 - In "Turnabout Intruder", Chekov states that a violation of General Order 4 is the only crime to still carry the death penalty. It is not stated what General Order #4 is; it could either be General Order #7 (the Talos IV restriction) redesignated under a new number, or the death penalty could have been transferred to a completely different issue.
*General Order #7 - No Starfleet vessel is to ever visit the planet Talos IV, even for emergency reasons. To violate this order was, at one time, punishable by death. The reasoning for this General Order is explained by the Star Trek: The Original Series two-part episode "The Menagerie", a reworking of the show's original pilot.
**In , Picard reveals that the Federation no longer carries out capital punishment, implying that the punishment for General Order #4/#7 has been changed.
*General Order #12 - "On the approach of any vessel when communications have not been established..." In Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, Saavik quoted the first part of the General Order, but was cut off by Spock. General Order 12 has to do with defensive precautions a starship must take when a ship not following protocols closes.
*General Order #15 - "No flag officer shall beam into a hazardous area without armed escort." Saavik also quoted this rule to Admiral Kirk, who claimed that no such regulation existed.
*General Order #24 - If a commanding officer deems that a society poses a clear and present danger to the Federation, he may order the total destruction of the planet's surface. (Captain James T. Kirk ordered Commander Montgomery Scott to use General Order 24 against Eminiar VII when they attempted to destroy the and kill Federation personnel. That meant that the Enterprise would have destroyed the entire inhabited surface of the planet. However, Kirk canceled the implementation of the order when the Eminiar VII situation was resolved. The only recorded instance of this order actually being carried out was the first issue of the non-canon Gold Key Comics Star Trek series: "PLANET OF NO RETURN.")
*Self Defense General Order (number unspecified, non-canon) - Starfleet vessels will respond to force with equal force and no more. (DC Comics, "Ashes of Eden", 1995)

Chuut-Riit is a recurring character from the Man-Kzin Wars series of books. Along with Buford Early and Ulf Reichstein-Markham, Chuut-Riit is both one of the few major recurring characters, and one of the few characters to have a large role in stories written by more than one author.
Chuut-Riit was the commander of the Kzinti armada which garrisoned Wunderland during the First Man-Kzin War, serving as the region's governor. He arrived there in 2400, 33 years after the world's capture. Chuut-Riit was a relative of the Kzinti Patriarch and as such was a ranking nobleman; in addition, he was a highly-successful conquest lord; unlike most Kzinti, who used their vaunted strategy of "scream and leap," Chuut-Riit utilized feints, strategic withdrawals, and restraint. He had plans of creating a fifth fleet that was completely made up of his elite, and was heavily drilled with the think before you leap policy. This fleet would have stood a much better chance of success than the other fleets due to better discipline and better logistic support. This fleet was never fully completed as Chuut-Riit was assassinated prior to its launching. The rest of the fleet fell apart during the brief Kzin civil war on Wunderland.
In 2403, he launched the fourth attack against Earth, and very nearly won. The fourth fleet had been filled with his enemies and the warriors who had proven unable to adapt to his tactics, sending them out on what amounted to a suicide mission; even as it was, his strategy had crippled the solar system's defenses when it arrived in 2408. Chuut-Riit was in the advanced stages of preparing a fifth attack, composed entirely of his trained professionals and new technology, in 2419. Nevertheless, a United Nations vessel, the Catskinner, arrived with a sneak attack, unloading several undercover operatives. They managed to infiltrate his home's defenses, and Chuut-Riit died by being eaten alive by his ambitious and young sons.
