Well Link Insurance Group
Well Link Insurance Group () is a Hong Kong-based insurance group with subsidiaries including Well Link Life Insurance Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as Well Link Life) and Well Link Insurance Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as Well Link Insurance), which operate life insurance and general insurance businesses respectively.
History
In August 2016, Well Link Financial Group acquired Direct Asia (Hong Kong) Limited. In June 2017, Direct Asia (Hong Kong) Limited was renamed to Well Link General Insurance Company Limited.
In April 2019, Well Link Life Insurance Company Limited received approval from the Insurance Authority to carry out long-term insurance business, and officially commenced operations in July of the same year.
In October 2020, Well Link Life established its first physical wealth management centre in Wan Chai. In 2021, the company opened its head office in Central, followed by branches in Mong Kok, Jordan, and Yuen Long later that year. As of March 2026, Well Link Life operates seven physical branches across Hong Kong.
In January 2026, the rating agency AM Best revised Well Link Life’s outlook from “stable” to “positive”, while affirming its Financial Strength Rating of B+ (Good) and its Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of bbb- (Good).

According to data from the Insurance Authority, based on total new business premiums in the first three quarters of 2025, Well Link Life's total new business premiums grew by 175% year-on-year, ranking 11th in the market, while its total new business premiums through the broker channel grew by 199% year-on-year, ranking 7th in the market.
