In the American animated television series Codename: Kids Next Door, Sector V is a fictional sector of fictional organization named Kids Next Door. The five main protagonists in the series work in this sector.
Like most KND sectors, Sector V's headquarters is a huge treehouse, located in Cleveland in the United States.
Members
Main operatives
* Numbuh One (Nigel Uno) is the English leader of Sector V with his excessively paranoid personality. Being a dedicated workaholic, he is bent on his job.Lizzie affectionately calls him Niegie and hardly ever calls him Nigel.
* Numbuh Two (Hoagie Pennywhistle Gilligan, Jr.) is the Jewish technology officer of Sector V. He often cracks bad puns and loves chili dogs, along with various food.
* Numbuh Three (Kuki Sanban) is the Japanese expert on "diversionary tactics" and nurse of Sector V. She possesses a stereotypical "girly" attitude, obsessed with Rainbow Monkeys (spoof of Care Bears). She is almost always happy.
* Numbuh Four (Wallabee "Wally" Beetles) is the not-so-smart Australian combat expert of Sector V. He has a crush on Numbuh 3 although is reluctant to admit it.
* Numbuh Five (Abigail "Abby" Lincoln) is the South African second-in-command and spy of Sector V. She is arguably the most intelligent of the group and the oldest as well.
In addition to main operatives, Bradley the skunk became honorary operative and received Numbuh 6 in the episode "Operation: C.A.M.P.". Bradley is a skunk found by Sector V. Numbuh 1 made him an honorary operative (giving him a medal) of Sector V, despite that he isn't a human being. He is also technically the youngest member of the Kids Next Door
Former operatives
The KND operatives formerly worked in Sector V including:
* Thomas "Tommy" Gilligan (as Numbuh T) as in the episode "Operation: G.R.A.D.U.A.T.E.S."
* Cree Lincoln (as Numbuh 11) as in the episode "Operation: T.R.E.A.T.Y." and "Operation: M.A.U.R.I.C.E."
* Numbuh 8A and Numbuh 8B: Twin operatives appeared in the episode "Operation: M.A.U.R.I.C.E.". They were "poxed" (given chickenpox) and in "Operation: T.R.E.A.T.Y." watch Numbuh 1 before he graduates into the KND.
* Numbuh 9 (Maurice) appeared as the title character in Operation: M.A.U.R.I.C.E. According to Numbuh 5, he was one of the greatest of the KND operatives. Three years ago, Numbuh 9 swore he would find the teenage source of chickenpox and destroy it (his fellow teammates Numbuhs 8A and 8B were "poxed"). He later discovered the source was on a desolate island, Chickenpox Island. However, he turned thirteen and was decommissioned before he could complete his mission. Not wanting to lose their friend, Sector V defied orders and went to protect Maurice from the teenagers. Unfortunately, Maurice was kidnapped before Sector V could save him. Numbuh 5 (who got infected with the chickenpox by her sister, Cree) went on a solo covert operation to rescue Maurice, where it was revealed that Cree had designed a "chickenpox cannon" (a gargantuan artillery cannon that fires chickens as shells) to infect all kids. In the end, it turned out that Maurice was a mole all along, working for KND to finally complete his mission against chickenpox. He secretly helped Numbuh 5 defeat Cree, turn the chickenpox cannon against the teenagers and destroy Chickenpox Island. He revealed to Numbuh 5 that some KND operatives get to stay in the KND organization after they turn 13 - they act as super-secret covert agents that infiltrate Teenager and Adult Facilities and gather anti-kid information the adults and teens might be plotting to KND Global Command. It is presumed that both Numbuh 5 and Cree have a crush on him. Salsa is one of his favorite foods. He was Cree's prom date in Operation: V.I.R.U.S. Appears in Operation: P.A.R.T.Y. Voiced by Khary Payton. He is based on Maurice "Mo" Willems, who left the show.
The kids of Sector V sector have a couple of different themes.
Last Names:
Within each last name of main characters, there is a reference to their code name. Numbuh 5, Abigail Lincoln, is a reference to the which features the face of Abraham Lincoln. Numbuh 4, Wallabee, is a reference to the band The Beatles, which had 4 members. Numbuh 3, Kuki Sanban, is to the word , which means "Number 3" in Japanese, since she is Japanese herself. Numbuh 2, Hoagie P., refers to Jr. Gilligan, a character in the television comedy series Gilligan's Island, whom is the second in his family to be named "Hoagie P. Gilligan". Numbuh 1, Nigel Uno. "Uno" means one in Spanish and Italian, and he is the first of KND and the "number one" in command.
Aliases:
The KND main vector has the alias theme for each of their persona, which were part of the original series pitch but aren't directly mentioned on the show:
* Numbuh 1: "The Leader"
* Numbuh 2: "The Inventor", "The Doofus"
* Numbuh 3: "The Girly Girl"
* Numbuh 4: "The Tough Kid" ("The Stupid One" by the villains)
* Numbuh 5: "The Cool One", "The Quiet One" "The Smart One"
Trivia
*The "V" is probably represents the Roman Numeral for number 5 considering they're 5 operatives in that sector, although they also have Numbuh 6.
*Judging from the fact that Sector V is in the US, and most sectors in that country refer to states, it's possible that Sector V is Virginia.
*Each of the KND Characters of Sector V have obscured eyes: Numbuh 1's sunglasses, Numbuh 2's goggles, Numbuh 3's eyes are squinty (but only because she's constantly happy), Numbuh 4's hair and Numbuh 5's cap. Numbuh 6 apparently had one eye outright replaced when he was converted.
*According to Mo Willems, the ages from oldest to youngest are: Numbuhs 5, 4, 2, 1 & 3. This is confirmed by Mr. Warburton excluding Numbuhs 2 and 4.

Bill Cisco (born Billy Thomas, August 16,1949) is s an American musician, songwriter and record producer most noted as a later member of The Drifters. Inspired by Art Tatum, and Ray Charles as a child, he went on to become a very influential behind the scenes musician. His work with , Curtom, and Dolemite record companies introduced him to some of the biggest names in the industry. At Motown, he was one of their renaissance men. Bill did it all, he wrote, produced, sang and played a variety of instruments, making himself a valuable sessions musician. It was during his Motown years that he became acquainted with the Drifters. He co-wrote and produced songs for the group with the production team of Gene McFadden and John Whitehead. The production team worked with The Drifters, Melba Moore, Freddie Jackson, Gloria Gaynor, Teddy Pendergrass, Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes, Gladys Knight, The Jackson 5, James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Lou Rawls, The Ojays, and others. They produced a string of hits such as "For The Love Of Money," I'll Always Love My Momma," "Bad Luck," "Wake Up Everybody," "Where Are All My Friends," "The More I Want", and "Backstabbers". By 1978, the team had amassed 22 gold records, two platinum albums and two Grammy nominations. Bill assumed a position as singer for The Drifters while working as one of their producers. Bill's production skills later landed him a position with Curtis Mayfield's Curtom Records. At Curtom he worked on projects with blues legend Johnnie Taylor, Z. Z. Hill, The Staple Singers and of course, Curtis Mayfield. Amidst all, he maintained his touring status with the Drifters as lead singer and soon became their touring manager. In the late 70's, he and the group relocated to New Orleans. There he established his Dolemite Record label and was introduced to the New Orleans sound through an array of musicians. He hung out on sets with blues guitar legend Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown, and songwriter/producer . Bill often made solo appearances as a featured artist at various local venues. He also performed locally with The Drifters and other New Orleans celebrities (Fats Dominos, Jean Knight, Ernie K-Doe, Aaron Neville, of The Meters and others). He is revered as a New Orleans celebrity and is locally dubbed "The Bishop of Soul".
Although a prominent musician and performer, he never took time out to record a solo album. His work with the Drifters is the distinguishing signature of his career. The group recorded a series of outstanding songs that awarded them five Grammy nominations and a Rock and Roll hall of fame induction. With hits like, "There Goes My Baby", "Under The Boardwalk”, “White Christmas”, “Save the Last Dance for Me”, “This Magic Moment”, “Up On the Roof” and “On Broadway”, the group established their prominence in the industry.
Contrary to rumors, Bill did not consequently drown in the wake of the Hurricane Katrina disaster. His home and offices in the lower area of New Orleans were heavily flooded. However, he weathered out the storm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Devastated after the lost of family members in the hurricane, Bill left Louisiana and eventually settled in South Africa. He remains the touring manager and lead singer of The Drifters.

PRATT (Point Refuted A Thousand Times) is a common phrase used by posters of online debating forums, and refers specifically to any argument that has, as the name suggests, been refuted time and time again. This is particularly frequent in 'Creation vs Evolution' forums, or other forums of a controversial nature.
It is generally used in a demeaning context.
PRATT list
A related concept is a PRATT list, in which a person posts a large number of PRATTs in an effort to compensate for their easily refuted nature with sheer quantity. PRATT lists are regarded by most forum inhabitants as among the most irksome of fallacious debating tactics, owing to the large amount of time required to refute them.
PRATT list list can also refer to a list of previously refuted claims posted for reference purposes, usually along with their refutations.
Examples of PRATTs
"Monkeys don't give birth to humans, therefore Evolution is false."
"Evolution is just a theory."
"Darwin recanted on his deathbed."
"Hitler endorsed Evolution."
"Evolution violates the Second Law of Thermodynamics."
