that concerns the creation of a Middle Eastern community between Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, a Palestinian state and Syria. This proposal goes beyond the one-state and two-state solutions which do not encapsulate the conflict between Israel and Palestine within a broader context.
The solution is modeled after the creation of the European Union, which originated in bilateral dialogue between France and Germany turning Franco-German enmity into Franco-German cooperation. Apart from this Franco-German axis more countries were concerned and involved: it led to cooperation between France and Germany, the neighbouring Benelux countries Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, and Italy.
The proposal has been advocated by professor Johan Galtung.
Schway is delivered as an account-managed, outfit configuration service to fashion designers, brands, boutiques, online magazines and blogs to improve the online shopping experience through engagement and creativity.
The user experience design provides an active participation between consumers and brands by enabling consumers to model, arrange, save and purchase complete outfits, allowing well-informed and accurate purchasing decisions. Brands receive data reports of consumer behaviour, specifically regarding pre purchase decision-making.
Features include an intelligent layering process, automatic updating and scaling, creating and saving of favourite combinations; recommendations from stylists, zoom, rotate and undo functions as well as the most popular user-generated content and in-built messaging.
History
Schway Ltd, formerly the Creative Collective, was incorporated in UK in November 2005.
In April 2009, the company notably received a position in the Online Fashion 100 list. "A list of inspirational, interesting and influential people in the online fashion industry."
The concept of the application owes much to the popular pastime of cutting paper images of garments to dress a paper mannequin - paper dolls. Using Web 2.0 technology, the company has created a commercial version of this activity and made it available to fashion retailers, publishers and end users.
Structure
The Schway web application is structured as a multitier application. A GUI is the first tier, an engine using dynamic Web content technology is the middle tier and a database is the third tier. The GUI or Web browser sends requests to the middle tier, which services them by making queries and updates against the database, generating a user interface.
Written using Adobe Creative Suite 3 (CS3), point and click product assortment intelligence is used (as opposed to drag and drop) in real-time, enhancing the user experience and engaging consumers in a more immediate and interactive experience.
The database uses a MySQL engine and is coded in SQL. Communications between the application and database is in PHP5 and XML formats

Martial arts experience
Thanks in part to controversy over his opinions, Elmore is a frequent topic of discussion at online martial arts forums and boards. As a martial arts personality, he has been criticized for lacking instructor-level ranking (a black belt or equivalent in any recognized martial art), military training, or law enforcement experience. How, his critics ask, can one presume to speak with authority on the martial arts and self-defense without these credentials? Elmore has responded publicly to this criticism by stating that he has never had nor claimed to have had such credentials. He and his adherents consider this documentation irrelevant to practical, pragmatic self-defense instruction.
According to Elmore, he has attended a series of schools and studied under several different teachers (both traditional and nontraditional) in the course of what he describes as "a decade and a half in the martial arts". Elmore studies two recognized martial arts: Liu Seong Gung Fu and Jun Fan/Jeet Kune Do. He has publicly claimed no rank in Jun Fan/Jeet Kune Do either, but on on 23 March 2009, Elmore announced that he had received the rank of black belt in Liu Seong Gung Fu.
Self-defense instruction
Whether Phil Elmore should be recognized and classified as a self-defense instructor is unclear according to Elmore's own statements. Until recently he has said that he has no official credentials supporting status as an instructor, but the book is similarly disclaimed. Elmore is recognized by no known martial governing organization, but the membership of and participation at his e-zine's online discussion forum implies a following of some kind.
Published work
Elmore's work includes self-published fiction and non-fiction, online and print periodicals as well as material published by Paladin Press
