Gholam Ruhani is a citizen of Afghanistan, who was held in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay detention camps, in Cuba.
His Guantanamo Internment Serial Number was 3.
A widely distributed Associated Press story said that Ruhani was a clerk for the Taliban intelligence service.
AP quoted from Ruhani's testimony before his Combatant Status Review Tribunal.
:"The Taliban law was that young people had to join the Taliban, I had to join, but protested several times that I had an old father and I wanted to go back to my family. ... If I had not cooperated with the Taliban Intelligence service member, I would have been sent to the front lines. I was afraid I would be killed."
Capture
Ruhani was a recently married store clerk at his father's electrical supply store where he learned a little English to make some sense of the electronics manuals in his family's shop. Ruhani was seized near his hometown of Ghazni on December 9, 2001 when he agreed to translate for Abdul Haq Wasiq, a Taliban government official seeking a meeting with a U.S. soldier.
Held aboard the USS Bataan
Former Taliban Ambassador to Pakistan Abdul Salam Zaeef described being flown to the United States Navy's amphibious warfare vessel, the , for special interrogation.
Zaeef wrote that the cells were located six decks down, were only 1 meter by 2 meters.
He wrote that the captives weren't allowed to speak with one another,
but that he "eventually saw that Mullahs Fazal, Noori, Burhan, Wasseeq Sahib and Rohani were all among the other prisoners."
Historian Andy Worthington, author of the The Guantanamo Files,
identified Ruhani as one of the men Zaeef recognized.
He identified
Mullah Wasseeq as Abdul-Haq Wasiq, Mullah Noori as Norullah Noori
and Mullah Fazal as Mohammed Fazil.
Ruhani arrived at the Guantanamo Bay detention camp on January 11, 2002. A Summary of Evidence memo was prepared for the tribunal of each detainee. The memo for his hearing lists the following allegations:

Repatriation
A captive named "Ghulam Ruhani" was transferred to Afghan custody in "a U.S-sponsored lockup near Kabul.
An American sponsored wing of the Pul-e-charkhi prison was opened near Kabul, in mid 2007.
This 316 cell prison was built at a cost of $30 million, to enable captives to be transferred from Guantanamo and the Bagram Theater internment facility.
According to an article by Carol Rosenberg, writing in the Miami Herald, Ghulam Ruhani had initially been held with David Hicks and John Walker Lindh, aboard a USN warship.
According to that list he was repatriated on December 12, 2007.
The Center for Constitutional Rights reports that all of the Afghans repatriated to Afghanistan from April 2007 were sent to Afghan custody in the American built and supervised wing of the Pul-e-Charkhi prison near Kabul.

The Taoist Perist is a horror film written and directed by Qiteng Chen, starring Andre Mcqueen, and Tsubee U.
Plot
We see Tsubee U play the main character who is a ghost. One night a man played by Andre Mcqueen who is unwittingly caught up in this strange, supernatural tale is driving down the street and sees a girl who appears to be out of sorts. He cannot believe that such a young girl would be standing out on the street in this type of neighborhood this late at night. He pulls over to offer his help. He offers the girl a ride. For reasons that are not clear the girl does not speak to him. He tries to convince the girl that it is dangerous to be out her by herself this late at night and that he means no harm. He also offers to take her where ever she needs to go. He gets out to let her into the car, but to his surprise, when he steps out of the car, she is already in the car. While he is suspicious that something strange is going on, the beauty of his new companion immediately has him thinking that he might be able to have sex with her if the evening goes well.
The two of them start to drive, but as hard as the man tries to engage his strange visitor in conversation, she continues to ignore him. But he continues to find all types of sundry chit-chat to make, and at some point the girl considers killing her driver. However, before she is able to take action, she notices that he has on a Taoist bracelet and for some reason that wards her off.
Eventually, with no clear direction or plans, the man takes the girl to his house. He assumes that at the very least he can get lucky. The two of them dance a strange verbal duet—he continues to talk to her and she says nothing. Again, there is a strange compulsion for the girl to want to kill her new friend, and as she moves in, she notices that he is wearing a crucifix around his neck and it repulses her. It is becoming clear to the audience that religious symbolism repels this girl. Eventually the man makes them dinner and they sit to eat. He continues to believe that his witty conversation is going to land him in bed with her.
After dinner the man takes a shower in anticipation of the evening’s later events. In the film we find the girl in the shower with the man and she obviously has the intention of killing him. She grabs hi hair and when the man turns around there is no one in the shower with him.
Eventually outside the shower the girl turns into a monster and it is clear that she is possessed. Soon after a strange tussle the monster of the girl enters into the man who now becomes possessed. However, luckily for him, a friend who happens by is able to save him from the strange and bizarre fate that trapped the girl into a hellish nightmare.
