The Golden Age of Tech is a phrase used by the Church of Scientology meaning "the Golden Age of Technology". In May 1996 the Church announced they had developed an improved E-meter and instituted patter drills for courses taught within the Church. The E-meter is used in auditing and the patter drills used in the teaching of scientology parishioners.
Details
The new E-meter is said to use electronics derived from computers which were not available when Hubbard was alive, though he left directions to develop such a meter if the electronics became available. The change involves the meter's variable sensitivity, whereas earlier meters did not have this capability. The patter drills were developed, printed and distributed to Churches of Scientology under the control of David Miscavige, the highest ecclesiastical official in the Church, who says that they supply a missing step in the education of parishioners. Various drilling techniques have been part of Scientologist teachings since the 1950s, but the patter drills have caused controversy that has led to some Scientologists being declared Suppressive Persons.

Very little is known about Pikmin 3: Invasion of the Pikmin Planet, though, from the title, one could get a pretty good idea. The "Distant Planet" will most likely be invaded by, say aliens, or perhaps even Olimar's kin, after learning of the various treasures in Pikmin 2.
Pikmin 3 was just briefly mentioned in an article in "Pulse" in a recent Nintendo Power issue, when answering a question about the Pikmin series.
