Loughborough Students' Union Television
LSUTV (Loughborough Students' Union Television) is the student television station at Loughborough University. LSUTV is famous for such shows as Totty TV, LSUTV News and Loughborough Gold.
Every week, LSUTV films the sport that goes on around campus and then edits it into a show to go out on a big screen in the union that night. Whenever a news story breaks on campus, LSUTV film, edit and put out a story On It in a few hours.
In March 2007, LSUTV produced the first ever student tv show entirely in High Definition.
At the 2007 NaSTA awards, LSUTV won the awards for "Best News and Current Affairs" as well as the "Best Factual Programme". LSUTV was also highly commended on its "Freshers Special" show.
LSUTV will this year be broadcasting live onto the Freewire TV system into halls on campus.
