Akbar Khan Qureshi (born May 4, 1984) is an entrepreneur, humanitarian and traveller. The Ambassador of India for Nations United, his humanitarian project "Empower village tru Goat Farming using social media" was awarded one of the Top 3 projects worldwide in 2012 by Nations United.
Early life
Born in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Akbar is the second son of Fateh Mohammed Abdul Gafoor Qureshi (aka Arif Qureshi). His parental line comes from Fatehpur, Rajasthan. He has two brothers, Ghulam Mustafa Qureshi and Abdul Gafoor Qureshi and one sister. Akbar’s life has been dominated by multiculturalism. He grew up in Dubai to an Indian family influenced by Afghan culture, which led to his interests in different cultures.
Education
Akbar's childhood revolved around performance: dance, acting, singing and sports. At the American College in Dubai, he founded the Cultural Club. Later, at York University in Toronto Canada, he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and honors in Marketing. He took part in internships and cultural events and was awarded the Emerging Global Leader of Tomorrow award. Akbar completed his studies in Canada with Merit in eMarketing, a Post graduate program by the Canadian Marketing Association.

Owner and Managing Director of Qureshi Farm, Fatehpur, Rajasthan, Akbar has taken onto him to better the standard of living of the farmers in the village. The answer to any regional development according to Akbar is Trade, "that is how cities have develop that is how Fatehpur would develop" he is often quoted. The trade has to be such that the locals excel in. As the locals have an edge in cattle business, Akbar decided to take onto him to make the biggest goat farm in the region and one of the biggest in the country. The idea is to offer pure breed and improve the local breed.

Planets Gypsum & Decor Co. LLC Akbar holds the position of Area Manager for the group company that is known for interior works in the United Arab Emirates for the last two decades. With the history of the company dating more than 50 years, Planets is one of the preferred manufacturing brands for gypsum (GRG), glass reinforced cement (GRC) and glass reinforced plastic(GRP) products for palaces, shopping malls, hotels and villas.

Akbar’s community work began with volunteering his time to walk students home at night during a time when sexual assault was rampant on the campus. For the four months while he was doing this, no more cases were reported and as a direct result, the University invested in an escort van.

In February 2011, Akbar’s life and vision changed when he went to visit his home village, 180 kilometers from any city. Shocked by the state of life there, including child labor, unemployment, the lack of electricity and a sewage system, Akbar decided to set up a base here with a vision of changing the village into an urban city. Akbar will educate his community through his campaign about sustainable living and how unity brings people together in a productive way.
Akbar's Project to develop his ancestors village into the biggest cattle trade hub of Rajasthan has won him accolades internationally. He was invited by The Nations United Team to visit them in Toronto on December 2011 to participate in the Grand Finale where he was awarded as the Ambassador of India for Nation United and his project awarded as the TOP 3 projects worldwide for year 2012.

Jordan Serlin (born 1971, Glens Falls, New York) is an American businessman.
Career
Serlin was educated at Northfield Mount Hermon School, and attended the University of Southern California.
Named one of Silicon Alley Reporter's "Top Internet Entrepreneurs to Watch" in the 1990s, Serlin served as the Chief Marketing Officer for FortuneCity.com, helping to guide that firm to a $400 million Initial Public Offering, and a revenue sharing engagement with Time Warner, Inc., valued in excess of $100 million. Serlin was also the founding CEO for WeMedia.com, the first Internet portal for people with disabilities. He sold his interest in the company to a group of investors in 1999 for a non-published amount.
From 1999-2001, and since leaving his Cenuco post, Serlin served as a venture consultant, working with several venture capital and private equity firms. Specifically, he has operated numerous times as a turn-around specialist for problematic early-to-mid-stage technology companies. Serlin is still very active in this regard, and is closely associated with the South Florida chapter of the MIT Media Forum, as well as a current advisor to multiple venture capital organizations.
After 2001, Serlin became the U.S. CEO for privately held London-based Tenestra, Inc., a supplier of wireless digital video recording security systems. Customers included the British Customs Service, Polish Customs Service, BMW, Pelcor, United States Transportation Security Administration, and the United States Department of Homeland Security. With plans for an Initial Public Offering, Serlin instead helped to package and sell Tenestra's global operations to General Electric for an undisclosed sum.
Serlin has also served as a special technology commentator for thestreet.com, and has been a Congressional advisor on technology related issues since 1999. His career also has included previous roles at Warner Bros. Records, Inc., where Serlin was involved in product management, and at International Creative Management (ICM) in talent management.

Michael Schlein (b. March 10, 1961) is the President and CEO of Accion, a pioneer and nonprofit leader in global microfinance and impact investing. Schlein has over 25 years of experience in the international banking, management, and public service sectors. Prior to working at Accion, Schlein served as President of Citigroup’s International Franchise Management. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 1984. As Smith Barney merged with Salomon Brothers and Travelers merged with Citibank, he took on a variety of responsibilities in his ensuing years with the newly created Citigroup. Schlein joined Accion’s Board of Directors in 2007 and was a member of its Executive Committee. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Namman Muay (or 'Muay Thai Boxing Liniment or oil') is a herbal liniment made by regional botanicals from Thailand. Its main active ingredients are natural.
Uses
Namman Muay is used as a warming agent to prepare the body for strenuous activity and to aid in helping the body recuperate. Namman Muay aids in maintaining consistency in training and strenuous activity by helping eliminate or reduce nagging aches and pains. It is touted to aid peak performance consistency. Namman Muay is used by Martial artists / athletes from all disciplines and by sport and massage therapists.
Background
Namman Muay is only made in Thailand. Although the current CEO is Thai and a direct descendant of the founder who officially formulated it, he has a doctorate in Pharmacology from USC. His father who led the company before him was also a western boxing coach and trained Thailand's first World Boxing champion: three-time Flyweight Champion Pone Kingpetch.
Throughout Thailand, Namman Muay is clearly visible in every Muay Thai gym and camp, and at every fight promotion. Fighter's bodies are rubbed with liniment after a slight warm-up such as jumping rope, running, or shadow boxing. This is done at workouts and as a pre-fight procedure and also after strenuous activity. Boxing Stadiums in Thailand include massaging areas with benches where fighters have Namman Muay liniment vigorously massaged on.
Rules
In addition to being used in Muay Thai fights in Thailand, Namman Muay is also permitted by the International Kickboxing Federation (IKF). Regarding cornermen and trainers, the IKF rules state that "liniment rubs such as Muay Thai Oil etc., may be used on the fighter's body." Such liniments are not allowed on the fighter's face.<ref name=IKF/>
