Ghayyour is a Biblical male name in many languages like Urdu, Persian and Arabic. The actual meaning of Ghayyour is Zealot or Jealous . In the New Testament one of the disciple namely Simon the Zealot is translated as Shamon Ghayyour in many Urdu, Persian and Arabic versions of the Bible. Ghayyour is also used with the name of God in the Old Testament as Jealous God.

Hadi Pakzad's Biography
Hadi Pakzad is one of the first singers who started rock & alternativemusic composing among persians.He was born in DEC. 1982 in Iran-Mashad.He got his bachelor degree in civil engineering in his city.Before he got involved with music,he was interested in classical poetry and philosophical article writing.In the year 2000,after he was trained in the field of piano and guitar,he started to produce his first album in a home studio by help of some local musicians.The songs of his album were inspired by his poems.Due to lack of cultural atmosphere he released his first album named"FEAR LAND" and distributed it in parties.
In no time,his distinct style became popular throughout the country and among persians who lived abroad.Then,with the support of his fans,he organized some underground concerts in Tehran and other major cities.
Since his songs were received warmly by the fans,he decided to rerecord his album by the involvement of a professional team and new facilities and noticeable capital in a studio in Tehran.He also decided to do some advertising and release his artistic work on his site.
In the year 2005 he held two official and huge concerts before the distribution of his new work.Then he released his new album named "LIVING UNDERGROUND" in AUG. 2006.18GB of his songs was downloaded from internet by fans in the first few days,in the meantime,his videoclip named "DARYAD" was broadcasted from satellite channels such as PMC.
One of his mentionable characteristic traits is his sense of generosity.The acquired benefit of his artistic activities was given to charities.In his interview with a European radio,the given reason for his avoidance of presence in legal and official music marketing was the factor of"choice".He said: "In underground system i have the chance to choose my audience,whereas;in legal and official system i only have the chance of being chosen" In one of his concerts he was introduced to a young and talented musician named MASOUD FAYYAZ ZADE.His cooperation with this person led to the creation of some outstanding works.
After a while,all HADI had to do was coming up with a "theme" and MASOUD was doing the rest.
His new albume "DR." will be the result of MASOUD's music composing and HADI's lyrics.
Hadi's favorite singers are "ROJER WATERS" and "BRYAN ADAMS".Most of his poems are imaginable and in the form of short and ambiguous plays.He says : "Directing videoclips is something i'm following",he adds:After the release of my last album(DR.),i intend to produce and direct some videoclips so that i can present image and plays according to my own taste"

The applications mission is treatment of pulmonary diseases by aerososolized perfluorocarbon(PFC). This new technology of PFC aerosolization via an introducible jet-nebulizer (Aer-Probe, Trudell) has been demonstrated in several animal studies (Kandler, von der Hardt). Aerosol way of PFC application offers a safe and easy to handle procedure for perfluorocarbon assisted ventilation. Patients with ARDS and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome show sustained improvement in gas exchange and lung mechanics. Ventilator associated lung injury is attenuated by the applied perfluorocarbon, diminishing inflammatory induction of chronic lung disease.
Technology is dedicated to perfluorocabons relatively independent from the molecular structure. It offers the chance to register an appropriate PFC for use as respiratory drug.
Recent invetigations showed after induction of lung injury by repeated saline lung lavage due to surfactant depletion in neonatal piglets, the new ventilatory strategy with aerosolized perfluorocarbon led to a reduction of the initial pulmonary inflammatory reaction and an improvement of gas exchange.
Gene expression of IL-1ß, IL-6, IL-8 and TGF-ß1 in pulmonary tissue was significantly lower in surfactant depleted neonatal piglets with severe respiratory distress syndrome receiving aerosolized perfluorocarbon (Aerosol-PFC) than in the control group ventilated with intermittent mandatory ventilation (von der Hardt, Kandler). In this surfactant piglet model, mRNA expression of inflammation mediated adhesion molecules, such as E-Selectin, P-Selectin and ICAM-1 was effectively diminished by using aerosolized perfluorocarbon (Schoof, von der Hardt). Relative neutrophil infiltration in lung tissue was significantly reduced after treatment with aerosolized perfluorocarbon.
Proinflammatory cytokines and intercellular adhesion molecules in porcine lung tissue participating in acute pulmonary inflammatory response were detected and could be modulated by a new protective respiratory support with aerosolized perfluorocarbon.
