Ilyas Ahmed (date of birth unknown) was a Pakistani cricketer who played two first-class matches for Sind "B" during the 1957-58 season. Both of his matches came during that season's Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, the first against Karachi "A" at the Aga Khan Gymkhana Ground, Karachi, and the second against Karachi "C" at the Municipal Stadium, Sukkur. On debut, Ilyas opened the batting in both innings, partnering with Mohammad Farooq in the first innings and Razaullah Khan in the second. He top-scored with 19 runs in Sind's first innings of 54 runs, and added 12 runs in the team's second innings of 73 runs, with Karachi A winning by an innings and 276 runs. In his second match, played in November 1957, Ilyas again opened the batting, but scored only a single run across two innings. Sind lost again, by an innings and 104 runs, and played no further matches in that season's competition. Ilyas did not play any further matches at first-class level.
