Zoey Dash

Zoey McKenzie (born June 21, 1990) better known by her stage name Zoey Dash is a former beauty queen and model turned entrepreneur.
Pageants and Modeling
Zoey began her modeling career at age 9, and signed to Corestone Modeling Agency in her teen years. In 2008, Zoey competed in the Miss Teen Canada Pageant and was 2nd runner up; leading her to be chosen to represent Canada in the Miss Teen Universe pageant. She also competed in the 2009 Miss Universe Canada pageant where she placed in the top 20. In 2009, Zoey won the Miss Black Ontario title and dedicated her time to commercial modeling, philanthropic activities and public speaking.
Business
In 2012, Zoey started her first independent venture in technology.
As founder of OMNI Messenger (iPhone app), Zoey set out to create a messaging platform that did more for users than what was traditionally available. Tired of the basic messaging features offered on her iPhone, McKenzie set out to create an app that would allow users to schedule messages in advance and offer a more organized approach to keeping in touch.
