Lewis Putman (born 9 July 1990) is an English footballer who plays as a forward for Wealdstone. Career Putman started his youth career at Oxhey Jets where he was a regular goalscorer. It wasn't until the 2012-13 season that he began to get noticed. Putman bagged 81 goals in all competitions. After netting 81 goals from 38 starts in the 2012-13 season, Putman was invited to attend a weeks trial at Wycombe Wanderers in April 2013. However, the club decided against signing him. Putman signed for Wealdstone in June 2013 after a lot of attention from several non-League clubs. In December 2012 Putman was the feature of a Sky Sports News article that exploited his goal scoring abilities. In July 2013 Putman injured his knee in a friendly match against Hayes & Yeading United and is currently set to miss a large part of the 2013-14 season.
