Zetadocs

Zetadocs is a family of software products that integrates with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics and other CRM, ERP, accounting and business software to automate the production and delivery of everyday business documents, in a Portable Document Format (PDF).

Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Zetadocs integrates with Microsoft Dynamics NAV to email or fax batches of documents intelligently, personalizing addressing details, content and attachments. ERP reports such as purchase orders and invoices are emailed straight from the application using Zetadocs, with copies automatically archived to a SharePoint server or network folders. Zetadocs for NAV also allows emails, faxes and scanned documents to be dragged and dropped onto a record in NAV to automatically archive and create links for easy retrieval. Zetadocs for NAV is available in the following editions:
* Capture Essentials - providing out of the box functionality for electronic document capture and filing.
* Capture Plus - allowing cusomtized capture systems and fully automated document capture and archive to be built.
* Delivery Essentials - providing out of the box functionality for electronic document creation and delivery.
* Delivery Plus - providing opportunities for customized document creation and delivery, and full automation.
Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics GP
Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics GP also allows documents to be automatically created, and then emailed or faxed depending on the customer's preference. All delivered documents can then be archived automatically to SharePoint or network folders.
Zetadocs PDF
Zetadocs PDF enables Microsoft Office users to produce and deliver business documents in PDF format. Zetadocs PDF integrates with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel, so that documents, like quotes and letters, can be sent securely as personalized PDFs.
