Visendo fax server

Visendo Fax Server is a fax server for Windows solution , produced by ppedv AG, that allows fax processing transmission and reception from desktop, mobile and web clients and for host applications.
It supports the sending and receiving of faxes, on any scale from low to high volumes and in multiple hosting environments.
Available end-user interfaces include standard e-mail client, virtual printer, mobile devices, web client and dedicated software. All these interfaces workflows result in an e-mail message being sent to a dedicated mailbox on a local or remote mail server with specific fax documents delivered inbound or outbound over Fax Protocol. Visendo Fax Server polls this mailbox via POP at regular intervals and turns any messages found into fax messages for transmission. Conversely, incoming fax messages are communicated to users by e-mail; Visendo Fax Server can use an OCR engine to analyse a fax message and try to determine the recipient and document tagging system.
Visendo Fax Server licences are priced according to the number of user accounts handled.
Product description
Desktop and Mobile users can both send and receive faxes via the Visendo Fax Server server using their own eMail client, via their web browser using the Document Manager web interface or by utilizing the stand-alone Visendo Fax Clients (TCP/IP, virtual printer or Integration Platforms (CRM, WebServices, Cloud)).
The Fax server is also capable of integration with host applications (SharePoint,SAP,Oracle) to automate the faxing of business documents such as purchase orders, reports, and invoices directly from the host application.
Transmission and reception can be based on standard Class 2 / 2.0 modem devices, ISDN CAPI devices such as the Dialogic Diva Server, Cantata Fax hardware or by utilising Dialogic, Lancom, Funkwerk, Avaya, X-CAPI media gateways using Fax over IP technology or own devices with the Fax on Demand Connector.
Support is included for Analogue, Basic Rate ISDN and Primary Rate ISDN transmission and reception.
Fax Over IP Configuration. Virtualization is an other characteristic that is supported by the Visendo Fax Server in multiple Virtualization Environment as Hyper-V, VMware, VirtualBox.
The Visendo Fax Suite integrates multiple technologies for document management, records management, web content management, digital asset management, email management and information lifecycle management. Other components include electronic discovery, document
capture, document imaging and digital faxing solutions. The suite provides functions for team collaboration, forums, blogs, wikis, and real-time instant messaging and collaboration. These functions are connected through business process management tools to each other and to other business applications and processes.
Visendo Fax Server
Visendo Fax Suite is used in a range of telecoms products for fax, unified messaging and call recording and monitoring.
It supports T1/E1; SS7; ISDN and conventional phone line (PSTN). As of 2007 Visendo Host Media Processing products, "software adapters" that provide FoIP capability for applications, are available.
Visendo Fax Client
Visendo Fax Suite Clients are connectivity products for remote access to Fax communication for the home, remote and mobile workers.
They are mostly ISDN or combined ISDN, Fax over IP and dialup modems.
Visendo Fax Server can be used with various clients: Fax Printer, Fax Web-client, Fax Machine, Email Clients, SharePoint, Mobile Phones or Tablets (IPAD, IPhone, Android based smart-phones, Windows Phone).
