Zeshan Qureshi (born March 7, 1985) is a British doctor best known for his work in leading a medical book publishing company. Zeshan is currently an Academic Clinical Fellow at . He is also a practising Paediatrician at Kings College Hospital. Personal life Zeshan Qureshi was born in Basildon, Essex, and graduated from Westcliff High School for Boys in 2003. He attended Southampton University, where he read biomedical sciences, and qualified at as a doctor in 2009 after clinical training at Southampton General Hospital. He then trained in Paediatrics and Neonatology in Edinburgh and London. Research and Medical Education Whilst at Southampton, Zeshan worked with Professor Nick Curzen in the area of personalised medicine, and anti-platelet therapy. As a junior doctor, he moved to the area of medical education research, looking at the role of junior doctors in medical education. In 2012, he published a pioneering book, through a newly formed publishing company, "Zeshan Qureshi", called "The Unofficial Guide to Passing OSCEs". Since then, he has edited six medical books, which have sold over 22,000 copies worldwide. The books have been positively reviewed in medical journals, have been added to national curriculums, such as that of the Royal College of Radiology, and have won awards at national medical education conferences. Awards In April 2015, Zeshan Qureshi was awarded The British Institute for Radiology/Philips Trainee Award for Excellence for "The Unofficial Guide to Radiology", which was coedited with Mark Rodrigues.
