Yungstar

Beginning in the early 1990s, Yungstar started to work with the CEO of Straight Profit Records, Den Den. Yungstar’s debut album "Throwed Yung Playa" was released in 1999 on Straight Profit. Producers on the album included Ron Forest, Sean Lee, Slack, and Craig Bird. Throwed Yung Playa’s style is Texas funk with strong bass lines and solid sampling. The album includes guest appearance by Dat Boy Grace, Z-Ro, , of the Half Dead Organization, The Gold Child, C-Nile, Lil’ Flex, 2 Low, C-Note, Al-D, Ace Deuce, T-Pop, South Park Mexican, Papa Reu and Lil’ Flip among others.
