Yotta Kasai

Yotta Kasai (born November 5, 1987 in Japan) is Japanese filmmaker. He has directed over thirty short films, theatrical, and video productions since 2005. His films range from violent, sex and bizarre to experimental films.
Biography
Yotta Kasai worked on numerous projects and has won several awards in local competitions. At an early age he learned the process of film making. He completed he first work at 18. Kasai has a wide background in all areas of film production, marketing, and releasing. Three years later, his works were released as underground productions. However his narrow works hard to accept in the Japan's pacifist environment and his producer has recommended he study in Australia.
In 2010, Kasai began taking film study classes at the film school in Australia and he has produced/directed some short films with a Dutch filmmaker close friend who works in a video shop, he spent most of time with him and his own film-making during the film school and he was not involved with other students because he thought it was a waste of time. Unreasonably, this school has not been given the director job to him. In dire straits and strong dilemma his works progress toward to sex and violence rapidly. Anger of society, misanthrope has projected in his film. Including film festivals, numerous audiences say never seen movies like him.
Career
The films of Stanley Kubrick are main source of inspiration for Kasai, and he occasionally makes references to them in his own works. Trigger of his childhood years film making is Irréversible, by Gaspar Noé, as a major influence after Stanley Kubrick. He a fervent admirer of Tobe Hooper's The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.
;Short films
In 2005, Yotta Kasai made a few short films beginning with Slaughtercult. His first was the independently financed SADISTIC PERVERSION (2008). A Japanese underground movie production called Darkness Production (Black-market production) has produced his psycho experimental short film. Carnivores was produced in 2011 by Clockworks International LTD being his first feature film released on DVD/Blu-ray in November 1, 2011 The video is also available in many different limited editions (domestic and overseas).

Since 2011, Yotta Kasai directed the 13 videos, short film. 9 titles have been released independently. He has directed a full-fledged horror devoted to the work than ever before, such as
Diabolus, ', Lysergic Acid Diethylamide,, Sacrifice and Hole in the Wall has distributed to Europe.
His 2012 film Into the Crypt has been nominated to the film festival. Released on DVD in April 27, 2012
