is the current head of the Tecmo development studio Team Ninja. Following the turbulent departure of former Team Ninja lead Tomonobu Itagaki, Hayashi was promoted as head of the studio. He starts his work in directing the development of the DS game Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword and Ninja Gaiden Sigma for the PlayStation 3. His first projects as Team Ninja lead included Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 for PlayStation 3 and Metroid: Other M for Wii. He has also created Dead or Alive: Dimensions for the 3DS and the recently released Ninja Gaiden 3 and Dead or Alive 5 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. For the release of the Nintendo Wii U has created Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge,an enhanced port of Ninja Gaiden 3. He also announced the creation of Dead or Alive 5 Plus and Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus for PSVita. |
