Fans of video game character NiGHTS started a campaign in 2010 to convince SEGA to re-release the original SEGA Saturn game NiGHTS into Dreams on current video game consoles Playstation 3, XBOX 360, and possibly the Nintendo Wii. Admins DiGi Valentine and TRiPPY of the NiGHTSintoDreams.com forums created the campaign, which consists of a petition that can be “signed” on the by clicking a counter on the home page. The NiD 15 movement is made with the intent of celebrating NiGHTS’s 15th anniversary (which will be July 5, 2011) and bringing a beloved game to a new generation of gamers. This campaign is ongoing.
