Yardland International School (Chitrakoot)

Yardland International School (Chitrakoot), YIS, is an international school in Chitrakoot, and part of CIS Education. CIS offers Early Years, Primary Years and Secondary Years education to its students. Early Years are from Pre-kindergarten Pre K to Kindergarten K 2 and Primary Years are from Grade 1 to Grade 2.
CIA students undertake the International Baccalaureate (IB) in the Primary Years (PYP), Middle Years (MYP) and Diploma (DP) programs. As a certified Cambridge International School, their Grade 9 and 10 students are eligible to obtain a second international qualification through the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE).

Yardland International School, initiated by Vishal Nigam and Vijay Kumar Nigam in 2016, was founded for the benefit of the public.

Teachers
From 2015-16, the school received 749 applicants for teaching positions through its network of International Schools - 1% of them were hired . This center employs caring and involved certified teachers that play an instrumental role in the learning and development of the kids.
Yardland International School Sports Program
It then increased to three lessons a week for its primary years covering a range of individual and team-based sports including football, dance, softball, badminton, touch rugby and more .
Online Learning
Due to the spread of COVID-19, the school has been providing online learning resources for students since India went on full lockdown in March of 2020.
Language Program
The Yardland International School (Chitrakoot) World Language Program focuses on two key components. They are:
* Providing daily classes Pre-K to Grade 2 by specialist teachers.
* Individual and team-based sports including football, dance, softball, badminton, touch rugby, etc.
