Xperform is a product, containing anesthetic substance benzocaine, used as a solution for treatment of premature ejaculation. History Xperform was invented by Robert Beclax in 2011, an independent researcher and specialist on effects of anesthetics and collegaues. Xperform has been developed after review of literature since 1887, whereas it appeared that certain psychological hypothesis and psychotherapies have not been adequately investigated. The premature ejaculation prevalence rate of 20-30% has set became a primary pillar for R. Beclax to discover Xperform. Technology Robert Beclax and colleagues often referred to the proven beneficial effects of benzocaine on Colossoma Macropomum. In first stage of experiment colossomas were expose various dosages of benzocaine for certain amount of time (10min). Subsequently the objects were exposed to relatively higher dosage of 100mg/L of benzocaine in different temperatures. Dosage of above 350ml/L has proven set colossoma in 30% mortality, while 100-150ml/L has proven to be ideal for quickly inducing immobilization and fast recovery. The studies with patients with no erectile dysfunctions, but suffering from premature ejaculation suggested that vibratory threshold diametrically varies (lower values; p<0.001) on glans of penis and shaft, with no age dependency. It was concluded that patients with primary premature ejaculation have penile hypersensitivity. Those findings further helped Robert Beclax and colleagues to determine ideal dosage of benzocaine with herbs and the manner and areas of application.
