Windows Live Help Community was part of Microsoft's Windows Live services that provides a collection of forums and message boards for people to communicate with other users about Windows Live services. It aimed to provide support for Windows Live services and products. Users can ask and answer questions, as well as share their experiences and feedback on the services and products.
However, as of June 15, 2008, Windows Live Help Community has been discontinued and the website now redirects to Windows Live Help Central.
Including Windows Live Help Community, there were six channels for Windows Live users to obtain support and provide feedback: *Windows Live Account - Help Central *Windows Live Account - Feedback *Windows Live QnA *Windows Live Help Community *Windows Live Message Boards *Windows Live public newsgroups
Supported services
Windows Live Help Community had forums supporting the following Windows Live services: *Windows Live Admin Center *Windows Live Call for Free
There was also a forum providing support and requesting feedback for Help Community itself.
Integration
Windows Live Help Community directly interfaces with Windows Live Help. For Windows Live services that support this feature, users can search within both community threads and Microsoft authored help contents. However, throughout the entire lifespan of the service, only Windows Live Help Community's own help articles support this feature.
