Dr. William L. Heyward (born on June 15, 1950 in Atlanta, Georgia) is the founder of a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) called Quattro Clinical Research (QCR). QCR has consulted with many biotech/pharmaceutical companies on infectious disease including HIV/AIDS and meningococcal vaccines, allergy vaccines, vaginal microbicides for the prevention of HIV infection in women of developing countries, and cancer compounds.
