Wikipert

Wikispeak defines the noun 'wikipert' as 'A person with pretensions of expertise on a subject based solely on reading a article'.
A wikipert is someone who considers themself to have a strong knowledge of a particular subject matter, the source of which was primarily . The term 'wikipert' can be used derogatorily, or self-deprecatingly, to insinuate that one does not actually have a comprehensive understanding of the subject in which they claim expertise.
This is contrast to an 'expert'— a person with extensive knowledge or ability in a particular area of study. A genuine expert is widely recognized as a reliable source of technique or skill whose faculty for judging or deciding rightly, justly, or wisely is accorded authority and status by their peers or the public in a specific well distinguished domain.
Wikiperts are viewed as inferior to genuine experts. Critics of wikiperts argue that real knowledge and expertise is not limited to lists of facts, "facts", factoids, and rumors, which have been attributed to entries. A genuine expert must demonstrate enough background and intricate knowledge of the issue to prove themselves superior to a wikipert.
