Whynatte

Origin

The Whynatte is a cocktail that was created in Santa Cruz, CA. The creation of the Whynatte dates back to 2004.

By definition, a Whynatte is made with a hot latte, and an ice cold shot of Jagermeister. Once you’ve prepared a latte, pour said latte into a pint glass, and let it sit until you can keep your finger on the outside of the pint glass for about 2 seconds. You want the latte to be hot, but not too hot. You should be scared; fear is normal the first time you drink a whynatte. Once the latte is at the (proper temperature, procure an ice cold shot of Jagermeister. Take the Jagermesiter shot, and release it into the shot glass, much like you would any other type of “bomb” drink. When the ice cold shot of Jagermeister is fully submerged into the latte, pound the drink like you’re pounding a flank steak. Feel the ice cold Jagermeister mix with the hot latte, and feel your entire life improve.
