Whatfix is a web-based service owned by Quicko Technosoft Labs Pvt Ltd that helps businesses to create interactive help guides on websites and web applications.
Whatfix is a cloud platform where product teams can collaborate to create interactive guides and integrate inside as well as outside web applications. It is applicable across large, medium and small companies and valid for all internal and external applications.
Whatfix works by overlaying step-by-step instruction in the form of floating tooltips that helps users complete online task. The sequential instructions help users to complete tasks in real-time, enabling them to self-serve on the web platform.
Background
Quicko Technosoft Labs Pvt Ltd was founded in 2010, and in April 2013 launched the product Whatfix. Their headquarters is at Bangaluru, Karnataka, India and the company is funded by Helion Venture Partners , TA Venture, Hanwha S&C and others.
In April 2015, Whatfix announced it had raised 0.9 million dollars in seed funding, bringing total investment to 1.3 million dollars.
Awards
In October 2014, Whatfix won DreamPlus Day 2014 in South Korea backed by one of Korea's largest conglomerates Hanwha S&C.
In March 2014, Whatfix was recognized as one of the top 10 innovative products from India by InTech50.
In August 2013, Whatfix was recognized by NextBigWhat Unpliggd for launch.
