Wayne L. Rubinas was born in Chicago in 1948. Rubinas previously served as Mayor of Ocala, Florida, and resigned in 1989. He currently serves as an adjunct lecturer in the FSU College of Business. Education * Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University in 1970. * Juris Doctorate from Florida State University in 1973. * In 2007 he received the Circle of Gold Award from FSU. |
