War of the Empires War of the Empires (WotE) is a text based game, much like the game of Cyber nations. War of the Empires is also much like the game Risk. In all, War of the Empires is a mixture between Cyber Nations and Risk. The reason behind the creation of War of the Empires comes from a man who liked to play both Risk and Cyber Nations. He wanted to have a game like Risk but with more politics involved. He also wanted a game like Cyber Nations, just without some of the rules and without some of the way the game (Cyber Nations) works.
