The term W.A.X. is most notable for its usage in a pejorative context to refer to Asian-American people, and also as an informal slang term, among other contexts. It is an uncommon ethnic slur used towards anyone of Asian-American background. A WAX has characteristics of two or more types of race colors, or is a descendant of the Asian and Caucasian population specifically. WAX is an abbreviation that means "White Asian 'Cross'", referring to children from both an Asian parent and a Caucasian parent. This term is slang for any offspring of these two races, and is often used in modern society during the teenage years.
