Alo Photo Scan, or simply APS, is a graphics editing program developed FlexLine. It is studied specifically for working with Canon digital cameras and with the Four Pro (c) Gem Photo Lux (c) light boxes. The ability to remotely control digital cameras, allows everyone to take beautiful and professional pictures without need of being photographers or graphic designer. Its first version was released in 2006 and from then it's been translated in 7 languages. Development History Developed during 2005 and released during 2006, it has come to it's third version with thausand installation all around the world. It's currently translated in 7 languages. The idea came from FlexLine, a company with great experience in the jewelry matter. By focusing on the jewelry companies needs to take good quality 1:1 actual size pictures from digital cameras instead of the usual scanner. This could be done only by interacting 360° with the digital camera, so to be able to control its zoom, sensor and optical parameters. So after one year of studies APS saw the light, greatly appreciated from the public. Features Thanks to the studio rotating arm, it is possible to have an exhaustive point o view of every object, without the use of supports or implantations. APS allows: * live camera preview on PC * 1:1, actual size shots * picture quick equalization to get absolute white background * picture graphic filters * simple layer management * small sized video production * picture saving in most common known file formats (jpg, bmp, png, tiff, ...) * store pictures and product details in an internal database so to create catalogues, warranty certificates, labels
