Banks, financial services institutions, telephone and utility companies and governments around the world can gain access to this technology easily and cost effectively, allowing customers to set up accounts using their voice for signing purposes, much like a physical signature card authenticates cheque payments. A customer can then use their voice from anywhere in the world to verify their identity and complete a wide range of transactions.

The Voice Commerce Group is licensed by the UK Office of Fair Trading under the Consumer Credit Act, certified as a Small Electronic Money Issuer by the UK Financial Services Authority and regulated as a Money Service Business by the HM Revenue and Customs. The Voice Commerce Group is registered as an ISO/MSP under Visa & MasterCard rules and is a member of PCI and is PCI Level 1 Compliant.

VoicePay® allows consumers to authorise financial transactions via mobile phone using their unique biometrically based voice signature. Using voice signatures removes the need to disclose credit, debit and PIN details. VoicePay® guarantees all payments or transactions consumers make on their e-account against fraud or personal information loss.
About VoiceTransact Trust Centre™
VoiceTransact Trust Centre™ stores and manages consumers voice signatures within a national repository. Any business can connect to a VoiceTransact Trust Centre™ and request, in real-time, identity verification with or without a payment authorisation from their customers using their voice signature. Currently covering 51 countries, the VoiceTransact™ Network has established a federated environment for the use of biometric signatures with an interchange based financial model.
