Vladislav Sviblov

Vladislav Vladimirovich Sviblov (born 1980) is a Russian entrepreneur and the principal shareholder of several Russian mining and circular economy companies including Highland Gold Mining Limited (HGML, Highland Gold), Ozernaya mining company, and Ecopolis Corporation.
Biography
Vladislav Sviblov was born in 1980. He graduated from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics, and Informatics (MESI) with a degree in Finance and Credit in 2002, In 2011, in conjunction with his business partners he set up The Foresight Ventures seed fund. In 2013 the Russian edition of Forbes included the fund in top-10 venture funds. From 2014 to 2016 Mr. Sviblov held the position of the Vice President for Investment at now Europe's largest residential property developer, PIK Group. In 2017 Sviblov co-founded and managed the Ecopolis Corporation. In 2018 he became the key investor of the development project for one of the world's largest zinc deposits in Buryatia. By the end of 2021, Sviblov's companies consolidated the 100% shares of "Ozernaya mining company".
In 2020 Sviblov's acquired the Uryumkan mining group in Zabaykalsky Krai. Darasun, Darkhan, Talatyi, and other assets as well as many development projects were further consolidated in Highland Gold and transferred under the company's management. In summer 2020 Vladislav Sviblov acquired 40% of the share capital of then a London-listed Highland Gold Mining controlled by Roman Abramovich. By the end of 2020 Sviblov's companies consolidated 100% shares of Highland Gold Mining and delisted it from AIM London Stock Exchange.
In 2021 Sviblov bought a controlling stake (51.2%) of Trans-Siberian Gold plc (TSG) from the UFG and its partners, while Sviblov joined the board of directors of TSG. In summer 2021, Sviblov's companies consolidated 100% TSG shares and also delisted it from London's AIM London Stock Exchange. TSG Asacha gold mine in Kamchatka was merged into Highland Gold Mining in November 2021. Highland Gold Mining managed by Sviblov acquired the largest gold producer in the Kamchatka - "The Gold of Kamchatka" - in the autumn of 2021.
