Vipin Gaur

He is a high energy physicists. He has given his services in ALICE and BELLE experiments.
Early Life
He was born in New Delhi in a middle class gaur brahmin family. His father Mr. Gyanender Kumar Gaur works for New Delhi Municipal Council and his mother Mrs. Darshan Kumari is a house wife. His elder brother Dr Vineet Gaur is a Post Doctoral fellow in Poland. He started his education from local municipal school (Navyug School, Peshwa Road) at Gole Market in New Delhi.
Career
Vipin Gaur started his career with BSc (honors) program in Physics from Dyal Singh College of the University of Delhi. He was certified by the college for standing second in the Physics department for three successive years 2001-2004. In 2004 he joined MSc Physics program (with specialization in Electronics) of the University with affiliation from the Kirori Mal College. After obtaining MSc degree in 2006, he came to Aligarh Muslim University and joined MPhil program in Physics (with specialization in High Energy Physics). During his stay at Aligarh Muslim University he was involved in ALICE collaboration experiment of CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research, Geneva, Switzerland). After that he joined Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Colaba, Mumbai as a Jr.Research Fellow (working in Belle collaboration experiment at KEK (High Energy Accelerator Research Organization, B-factory, Tsukuba, Japan) leading to PhD degree in Physics.
Other activities
He is also participating in many institute level activities. He volunteered in many conferences.
Honors
He was selected for Marie Curie Fellowship of European Union.
