Villages of Winding Creek

The Villages of Winding Creek is a subdivision located in Centerville, Ohio and Springboro, Ohio. Currently, new homes are being built by Ryan Homes and Design Homes. Winding Creek, when completed, will have many amenities, including walking trails, common areas, ponds, and a clubhouse that will include a pool and a fitness center. Winding Creek was started in 2008 by Beazer Homes, who sold the subdivision when they stopped doing business in the state of Ohio. Winding Creek currently has five sections: The Springs (Design Homes), Creekside (Ryan Homes upscale), The Falls (Ryan Homes mid-range), The Legacy (Ryan Homes entry-level), The Meadows, and Turning Leaf. The centerpiece of the subdivision is the clock tower, which is located at the entrance to The Legacy. At the entrance to each section, there is a monument pillar which has the name of the section and the Winding Creek logo, usually accompanied by landscaping. Each subdivision entrance (there are currently three) is flanked by landscaping and flowers that are changed each season. Yet to be built is an office park and shopping center, which will be built between the existing sections.
