Introduction Victoria II: Hearts of Darkness is an expansion to the game Victoria II. The expansion has many features that are not featured in the original game. Colonization An improved aspect to the game in Victoria II: Hearts of Darkness is colonization. Instead of having to research three certain technologies, with the expansion, you could have a different type of gameplay. The first prerequisite is an invention titles "Prophylaxis against Malaria". The second prerequisite invention is "Colonial Migrations". The third, and final prerequisite invention you need is "Mission to Civilize". These inventions will allow one to colonize places such as Northern Canada, Australia, and Africa.
